By accessing or using Yuzzles (“the Service“), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Yuzzles is an independent project and these terms govern your use of the platform in its entirety.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Yuzzles. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, bans, or leaderboard rules.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Yuzzles offers a free tier alongside paid plans (Pro and Elite). The following terms apply to paid subscriptions:

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection).
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice to subscribers.
• Features available under each plan are subject to change. We will notify users of significant changes.

You agree not to:

• Use any automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the game or manipulate scores
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract puzzle answers or game data
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service or its servers
• Impersonate another user or misrepresent your identity
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without notice.

All content on Yuzzles — including puzzle questions, clues, event explanations, UI design, branding, and code — is the intellectual property of Yuzzles and its creator. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without explicit written permission.

Historical facts and events referenced in puzzles are factual records in the public domain. The curation, presentation, and explanation of those events is original work owned by Yuzzles.

By participating in leaderboards, you agree that your display name and score may be visible to other users. You can opt out of leaderboard visibility in your account settings.

Yuzzles is provided “as is“ without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy in all historical content, we do not guarantee that puzzle content is free from errors. The Service is intended for educational and entertainment purposes only and should not be used as a sole study resource for any examination.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yuzzles and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of progress, or service interruptions.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Yuzzles after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the “Last updated“ date at the top of this page when changes are made.
